Objective and Structured Clinical Evaluation
OSCE
In their last year of study, all medical students in Catalonia pass a test called Objective and Structured Clinical Evaluation (OSCE) that evaluates the students' skills and attitudes in different clinical situations. It is an exam that prioritizes the practical skills of the students over theoretical knowledge and that, in the URV faculty of medicine, is also applied in the nutrition and physiotherapy degrees. How does an OSCE work? How do the students experience it?
